Hours of Operation: The Crystal Gateways parking garage is a 24/7 self-parking facility.
Location: There are 3 levels (G1, G2 and G3) under 1235, 1225, and 1215 South Clark Street. There are 4 levels (G1, G2, G3, and G4) under 200 12th Street S.
Access:

1215 S. Clark St | 1225 S.Clark St | 1235 S. Clark St | 200 12th St S.

  • Tickets are given to drivers upon entry and credit cards are accepted as a form of payment upon exiting. The entrances to the garage are located as follows: 
    • South Clark Street between 1235 S. Clark St and 1215 S. Clark St. 
    • 12th Street between 200 12th St S and S. Clark St.
    • Crystal Drive between 1400 and 1300 Crystal Drive.
Rates:  The following parking rate and permit information is also available by visting the SYMPARK Parking Portal:

Up to 2 Hours - $12.00

Daily Max - $23.00

To request a parking permit online:

1. Visit the SYMPARK Parking Portal

2. Select the applicable garage location (2345 Crystal Drive)

3. Complete and submit the permit request form located at the bottom of the page.
Contractor Parking: Contractors performing work on behalf of JBG SMITH must obtain a parking permit from the JBG SMITH Management office located at 1235 S. Clark St, Suite 100, Arlington, VA 22202. Only the point of contact and one additional vehicle can obtain complimentary parking. All other contracting employees must find street parking or pay for daily parking.
